Stress:

Everyone experiences stress. There are healthy levels of stess that motivate us to do things. However, if you’re reading this then your stress levels may be getting unhealthy and out of hand.

How Do You Experience Stress?

Do you feel overwhelmed, tired, down, angry, or anxious? It could be stress. Maybe you have one area of your life that’s stressful or maybe you have too many things in your life.  Either way, stress builds (and will keep building) until you reach your limit.

Your limit may be as simple as your body making you take a break by getting a headache or catching a cold. Stress can lead to isolating or emotional outbursts (ever do or  say something you didn’t mean due to stress?).  Sometimes stress can lead to more serious issues including heart problems, substance abuse, hurting oneself or someone else.

Don’t wait, you can learn to manage your stress.
